Corporate Flight Attendant Handbook (“CFAH”) is a series of books developed for Flight Attendants working on private jets and written by Tetiana Drozd (“The Author”). CFAH is available for purchase via website (“Service”). By in any way purchasing or using CFAH, you (“The User”) agree, warrant and represent, regardless of whether or not you are a current or former user of CFAH, that you have read and understood, or otherwise equivalently perceived and comprehended, these terms and conditions, henceforth “Terms of Use”, and that you agree to be bound to them legally. We reserve the right to modify, elaborate, remove or add to some or all of the conditions preserved here within these Terms of Use, at our sole discretion and without further notice. The Author’s prior written permission is required for any and all of the following, which are otherwise expressly forbidden: the modification, copying, distribution, downloading, reproduction, republishing, display, framing, posting, transmission, or sale in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, of all.

You are granted as an Eligible User a limited license to access and use the CFAH’s Content for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact. You may not republish the CFAH’s  Content on any Internet, Intranet or Extranet site or incorporate the information in any other database or compilation. Any other use of the CFAH’s Content is strictly prohibited. Author may offer different prices; and the specific pricing terms applicable to your purchase may vary depending on promotions and the type of e-book you select at the time of purchase.

Your purchase will effect after payment via web-site. Purchase of CFAH will be charged to your credit card through web-site. You will not be able to cancel the purchase once paid.

By providing payment information to us, you agree that the payment information is valid and (1) in your name or (2) in the name of an individual who has authorized you to use their payment information for your purchase. If you provide someone else’s payment information, you agree that we may refund payment to that person if they so request and if the account is eligible for a refund under this Payment Policy. This may cause interruption to or termination of your CFAH purchase.

We may occasionally need to change the prices charged for CFAH.

In case of shipment being lost, the cost will be reimbursed after 60 days from the purchase date.

  1. CFAH’s proprietary rights

In agreeing to these Terms of Use, you agree that you will, neither wholly nor in part, copy, modify, sell, re-sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the CFAH. You agree not to modify CFAH in any manner or form. You agree not to obtain unauthorized access to CFAH, for yourself or on behalf of a third party.

If any provision of this agreement is prohibited by law or judged by a court to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, the provision shall, to the extent required, be severed from this agreement and rendered ineffective as far as possible without modifying the remaining provisions of this agreement, and shall not in any way affect any other circumstances of or the validity or enforcement of this agreement.

  1. Limitation of Liability

You expressly agree, understand and warrant that The Author shall not be liable to you for any damages at all.

Included among the damages for which you expressly agree that The Author is not liable are damages due to loss of profits, loss of health, or data, or other intangible assets (even where The Author has been advised of such damages in advance).

The Author’s liability, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Terms of Use, and regardless of the form of the action, will irrevocably be limited to the total amount paid, if any, to Memrise in the course of an individual’s membership.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranty

You expressly understand, warrant and agree that:

  1. the Author makes no warranty first that the service will meet your requirements or expectations; secondly that the service will be continuous, accurate or secure; and thirdly, that the results following from use of the service will be desirable.
  2. Your Use of the Service, which is provided on an “AS-IS” and “as available” basis, is your sole responsibility, and is at your sole risk. The Author expressly disclaims all warranty of any kind.
