Recently I changed my approach to welcome treats, especially to fruit baskets (in our industry, the wastage is insane sometimes).
when I think about what to place on the credenza I prefer to buy 1-2 fruits in season (I have a list in my book) instead of a big assortment. And I can say that after the flight, I barely have the leftovers.
What is your approach? Have a basket full of different fruits? “Monofruit” basket? Or you don’t offer anything pre-flight?
